Tim Wright is the President and founder of EnTec Works LLC. He has worked in the energy, tax, and project finance arena for over 25 years. At EnTec Works, he pursues investments and opportunities using biomass for renewable heat and power. Other areas of interest include hydroelectric, biodiesel, and solar thermal projects.

As an energy tax partner and lawyer in New York City for over 20 years, he worked extensively with utility companies and their diversified subsidiaries. Major clients were Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, The Montana Power Company, Duquesne Light Company, Florida Progress Corporation, and MDU Resources Group, Inc. His experience includes domestic and international project finance involving hydroelectric, biomass, natural gas, landfill gas, and diesel-fired generation projects. He is recognized as an expert in the taxation of synthetic coal facilities.

Tim has three degrees from New York University and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut. He has many connections to upstate New York and New England.

Mark E. Quallen is a Managing Director of the Company with a focus on hydroelectric and other renewable power projects. He founded and was the first President of The Independent Power Producers of New York. He co-founded and was the President and CEO of Hydro Development Group Inc. (HDG) from 1978-1995. HDG purchased, developed or redeveloped 17 projects in New York, Massachusetts,and Pennsylvania. At the time of its sale in 1995, HDG had hydroelectric assets of over $70 million and 35 employees.

From 1996-2001, Mr. Quallen was the principal of Court Street Investments(CSI) which focused on purchasing underperforming hydroelectric assets from owners and financial institutions, and then restructuring and revamping the projects to increase market value. In 5 years, CSI acquired six projects in three states. All six were sold in March of 2001. Since 2001, Mr. Quallen has been an investor and Director of ISE Corporation, a leading developer of hybrid electric vehicles (primarily transit buses and heavy duty trucks). He resides in Farmington, Connecticut.

Joseph Pellegrino, CFA is a financial advisor to the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School. As an investment banker with leading financial institutions— Bankers Trust Company, E.F. Hutton, and Dean Witter Reynolds—Mr. Pellegrino advised companies on corporate strategy and transactions, participated in raising over $800 million of capital for various investment funds,and helped manage a direct investment program that invested over $250 million in private companies. Mr. Pellegrino is the President of P-Square Investments LLC. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut.
